just faced now, in 2 situations:
- iLO on a proliant server: I typed 'reboot', it appears 'reboooooooooooooot'
- during installer, in particular when switching to VT-2 (alt+f2) to
fix grup, typing "grub-install '(hd0)'" often several character '9' or
'0' are printed.
Installer is 5.0.3 with point release kernel.
So yes, the bug is still there.
