Well the kernel team can say what they want, but currently userspace
support for the juju stack is virtually non-existant. Disabling the old
stack is not going to speed up the development of the userspace
libraries, it is only going to annoy Debian users. The best solution
currently is to install kernel-package and make-kpkg your own kernels.
