Hi,I recently filed bug #361408 against mdadm because I'm unable to upgrade from 2.6.8/2.6.11 to 2.6.15 due to the fact that 'mdrun /dev' simply is not clever enuf. :-)
IMHO, a solution seems to be to replace mdrun for /etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf and mdadm.
