No, there was only one oops. After that, machine worked fine about one 
day until normal reboot.

I checked yesterday with memtest86+ about 7 hours, machine survived.
I dont overclock neither processor, nor memory, all BIOS settings set to 
standard or auto values (motherboard is ASUS A8NE).
Actually, this box works pretty well for me, even under high load, i 
dont expirience hardware problems with machine.
