Technically, volatile builds from sarge + volatile - we just refuse via
policy in the usual case to accept packages to depend on newer packages.
For kernel packages, the policy can be set different by the people who
are responsible for the content on kernel.d.n - I would just take care
of the technical part of the infrastructure.
