If /proc/config.gz exists, you can 'zgrep TMPFS /proc/config.gz' and
see if it is ="y"/"m" vs "n".
That won't help for kernels that don't have CONFIG_IKCONFIG_PROC set, so
don't have a /proc/config.gz. But if the file exists, you can tell
whether or not the kernel has tmpfs support.
