That would be great, but there doesn't seem to be a kernel-source-diff (or
something like that) package in any repository.
am I missing something ?

I still only find these packages
- kernel-patch-debian package: to be applied to kernel-source...orig _only_
- kernel-source-...orig... package: a pristine kernel with an unknown patch.
- kernel-source-... package: a pristine kernel with the kernel-patch-debian
patch, and the unknown patch.

None of these relate to a pristine kernel. Beside, as the second and third
packages contain the full (many MBytes) kernel with only slight differences,
I would see one or the other as very redundant indeed.

anyway, thanks for answering,

Ernest ter Kuile.
