Bug#266629: kernel-image-2.6.8-1-k7: snd-emu10k1-synth will not load

modprob snd-emu10k1-synth or any other sequwncer based modules causes
the terminal to hang there. ps -ax shows the following related programs
running and doing nothing. They are not killable.
