Hallo
amarok 2.4 basically works with ipod (-touch):
- Use the backports of 2.4 for squeeze
(http://packages.debian.org/squeeze-backports/sound/)
- and follow these instructions

But if you want to have cover art or Pictures on your ipod you will have to use gtkpod for synchrinisation
