Yakuake and locale

Hi, I use my KDE4 in spanish and noticed that yakuake from experimental
for some reason insists on using language en_US

from yakuake:
$ locale
LANG=es_CR.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=en_US
...

from konsole
$ locale
LANG=es_CR.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=es
...

Is there any config that I'm missing?
