KDE-Krfb or Thunderbird problem?

Hi,
In remote desktop if I choose 'send an invitation by mail', Thunderbird 
opens OK, but it does not open the new mail window, nor obviously, file 
in the mail. I am running KDE 3.4.3, both on amd64 and 386, both Sarge 
and etch. Am I overseeing something or..?
Pls CC me as I am not on this mailing kist.
