Re: KDE menu applications gone

Well, the first reply indicated I should use kdelibs-3.3.2-7.1 but I couldn't find that one anywhere.

I already had 3.3.2-6.1, but I tried dpkg -i to reinstall both that and kcontrol, but it had no effect - I am still unable to see any menus inside kcontrol.

My problem was not related to the KDE menu though - it was related to the kcontrol menu groups. Any other suggestions on how to get kcontrol items back after a downgrade?

thanks for the tip, those of us not debian gurus suffer with this bugs :-)
