Install the kdelibs-data matching your kdelibs4, that is:
% wget http://snapshot.debian.net/archive/2005/07/06/debian/pool/main/k/kdelibs/kdelibs-data_3.3.2-7_all.deb
% dpkg -i kdelibs-data_3.3.2-7_all.deb
