If you're interested in testing the packages, they are available
here: http://www.kalyxo.org/~domi/kdebindings/ All feedback is very
welcome !
I'll test the ruby bindings when available ;-)
Then you'll have to wait until at least the next kdebindings release,
cause they aren't included in 3.2. This may still take a couple of
months. Possibly, there could be an earlier release of kdebindings,
but this is not yet decided upon.
It's good you remind me of this.
So I won't look further at my problem to compile kdebindings. I'll share
with you what I found though,
which I find strange....
:
bidibule # cd /usr/share/qt3/lib
bidibule:/usr/share/qt3/lib# ls -l libqt-mt.so.3.2
lrwxr-xr-x 1 root root 30 Apr 18 21:07 libqt-mt.so.3.2
-> ../../../lib/libqt-mt.so.3.2.3
bidibule:/usr/share/qt3/lib# ls ../../../lib/libqt-mt.so.3.2.3
ls: ../../../lib/libqt-mt.so.3.2.3: No such file or directory
bidibule:/usr/share/qt3/lib# cd ../../../lib/
bidibule:/usr/lib# ls libqt-mt.so.3.2.3 -l
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 7050192 Jan 22 16:06 libqt-mt.so.3.2.3
using bash completion:
bidibule:/usr/share/qt3/lib# ls ../../../lib
ls: ../../../lib: No such file or directory
#it completes lib as file (puts a space after lib), but when hitting
enter, it doesn't find the file...
I'm sick, so my brain is like in the London fog, and it wouldn't
surprise me if I had missed something very obvious ;-)
Btw, I think I still have packages from testing installed on that
system, so my compilation problems could come from there actually.
I'll look at it later on.
Thanks
Raph
cheers
