the qt3-packages ar on the original ftp-server
ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/3.0.5a/Debian/woody/i386/qt3
in ralfs message you can read why any mirrors are not hostet the
qt3-packages. (if i understand his message correct...)
