Cannot find libgl1

I have installed Debian 2.2 (potato) and I would like to install KDE 2
using the packages from kde.tdy.com:

  apt-get install kdebase
  [...]
  Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
    kdebase: Depends: libgl1 but it is not installable
  E: Sorry, broken packages

I cannot find the package libgl1 (neither at ftp.de.debian.org nor at
kde.tdyc.com). 
I've seen a similiar question last month, but no answer. So excuse me,
that I ask this again. I really want to install KDE 2 and don't know
how to get it done right.
