return my personal cd

I recen tly received an e mail from Netflix that I had returned one  
of my personal cd's instead of  a netflix cd.   They asked me to send  
my name and e mail address so they could match it to their mailing  
lists.  Here it is:    Diane Manning,    diane- 
manning@sbcglobal.net .   Please return my CD.I think it was Chair
