Tuxpaint added to junior-art 1.6

I have added tuxpaint to junior-art.  It will take a couple of days to
get through the queue and be included in unstable.  In the meantime, the
new junior-art package is available from my apt-gettable archive at:

deb http://people.debian.org/~synrg/task-junior /

The new DebianWiki entry for tuxpaint is:
