Anyone working on Java3D Debian packages?

Hi. Recently, I have started looking into the RepRap project
(<URL:http://www.reprap.org/>), and a lot of the software in that
project is written in Java.

The control software is using Java3D and related libraries, and
because of this I am looking for Debian packages for it. Are there
anyone working on packaging Java3D packages in Debian at the moment?
Or, are there source packages available from elsewhere? I tried
looking for a WNPP request, but did not find any. Is Java3D on the
radar for the Debian Java subproject at the moment?

The reprap-host program seem to need Java3D itself, but also a library
available from
<URL:ftp://ftp.j3d.org/pub/code/j3d-org-code-0.9.tar.gz>.

Happy hacking,
