ffmpeg mkv to mpeg2+AC3

Salve lista,
devo convertire un file matroska in un DVD video per poterlo vedere sulla TV,
il file ha queste caratteristiche:

Seems stream 0 codec frame rate differs from container frame rate: 47.95
(54042/1127) -> 23.98 (24000/1001)
Input #0, matroska, from 'file.mkv':
  Duration: 01:55:11.48, start: 0.000000, bitrate: N/A
    Stream #0.0(jpn): Video: h264, yuv420p, 1280x688, PAR 1:1 DAR 80:43, 23.98
tbr, 1k tbn, 47.95 tbc
    Stream #0.1(ita): Audio: aac, 48000 Hz, 5.1, s16
    Stream #0.2(jpn): Audio: aac, 48000 Hz, 5.1, s16
    Stream #0.3(ita): Subtitle: 0x0000
    Stream #0.4(ita): Subtitle: 0x0000
    Stream #0.5(eng): Subtitle: 0x0000
    Stream #0.6(eng): Subtitle: 0x0000
    Stream #0.7: Attachment: 0x0000
    Stream #0.8: Attachment: 0x0000
At least one output file must be specified

A parte la ricodifica A/V dovrei anche gestire i sottotitoli e le tracce audio,
mi potete aiutare? Vorrei preservare la massima qualità video compatibilmente
con il formato dei DVD video.

Grazie
