Consiglio di leggere e fare quello che c'e' scritto e cioe'
Creare il file necessario con: touch /etc/udev/kennel-upgrade

Stesso mio problema, dopo la creazione del file ho dato
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
apt-get dist-upgrade
E tutto e' andato a posto.
