ram guasta?

Ciao,
vi chiedo un consiglio,
ho un server mi corrompe i database, indagando,
con memtest ho scoperto che la ram era guasta.
Ho sostituito la ram, ma rifacendo il memetest la storia non è
cambiata memtest riporta ancora i soliti errori

Può essere qualche problema di tipo software?
purtroppo non ho accesso fisico al server e la cosa è molto complicata,
vi chiedo consiglio, cosa posso fare?
