Humm. did you try apache_1.3.12-ipv6-20000309a-2_i386.deb of
 http://www.debian.org/~kitame/ipv6/  ?
It contain /usr/share/doc/apache/README.v6.gz and documented about
virtual hosting. And It work on different ports.
