openssh ipv6

Hello.

I made openssh (Linux ported) IPv6 support patch and built deb with it.
This patch port from ssh-1.2.27-IPv6-1.5 patch of KAME Project.
Well, now experimental version, and testing.

Please test.
 deb http://chiharu.v6.linux.or.jp/~kitame/debian/ipv6 ipv6 experimental
 deb-src http://chiharu.v6.linux.or.jp/~kitame/debian/ipv6 ipv6 experimental

 patch is 
  http://chiharu.v6.linux.or.jp/~kitame/openssh-1.2pre11-IPv6-0.1.5.patch

Note:
  --enable-another-port-try dose not work. (conflicts with debain patch)
  also --enable-auth-log

  IPv6 port forwarding does not work.
