Socket problem

Hi.

Once every x days I have a problem with connecting to another
service, i.e. "telnet 0 25" or *any* other thing based on telnet
(for example) fails to work -- "Resource temp. not available" or

|calvin ~ # apt-get update
|Err ftp://debian:debian@debian.sgh-net.de potato/main Packages
| Could not create a socket - socket (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)

Therefore my question - is that known or do you know anything
about it?

The system is running netbase 3.14-3, not the IPv6-version, but
on another system the IPv6 netbase is running and the problems
show up there, too. IPv6 routing enabled on both systems...

This is glibc- based, it seems. Perhaps anyone of you can help.

Thanks,
Alexander
