Well, nothing happened yet....and since then, the general freeze of
Debian, for squeeze, was announced.

So, I think that a new upstream version is unfortunately out of
question now (bad timing, I know).

I'm wondering whether and l10n NMU of the 0.8.16 packages with only
the l10n changes (those are allowed by the freeze) would be ok.
