I think it needs to be more generic, as there are other tags (TODO, ITT,
RFR, LCFC, HOLD). Also not all teams have these additional fields (e.g.
http://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po-debconf/af).
So I would propose (for the teams with the additional fields):

"The Status and the columns after Status refer to the ongoing work of the
translation team (see <link>pseudo</link>) which is still not integrated
in the archive."
