Regarding the Debian pootle package.

I started packaging it (https://nekral.homelinux.net/pootle/)

IIRC, the main remaining issue is a name conflict.

Matthias Klose is maintaining translate-toolkit, which come from the
pootle source package.
upstream split the source in two tar ball (at least in the snapshot).
(http://translate.sourceforge.net/snapshots/ this snapshot is really
needed, the version released is too really old and lacks some major
features)

Matthias told me he was not interrested in maintaining pootle (but he was
still interested by the translate-toolkit).

So before packaging Pootle, it would be nice to rename the "pootle" source
package "translate-toolkit".

Pootle also need the Jtoolkit, that I ITPed. I still not try to push it to
the archive since I would prefer to fix the name issue before (I think
only Pootle need it).
The package is ready.

If anybody think packaging pootle has an higher priority, just shout or
take the package.
(according to my package, I've not touch it since october - maybe it's not
the latest version)

Best Regards,
