I am in the process of packaging ELinks 0.12pre1 for unstable, soon
afterwhich, I will package snapshots of 0.13 for experimental.  I will
update the version in unstable per official ELinks 0.12 releases, so
hopefully one of those will make it usable on GNU/Hurd.
