If you come on #hurdfr on irc.openprojects.net, you may find gentle
french hurd users, who can give you three files:
- a .c, that is able to change the meaning of a key;
- a file with associations of physical keys to more convenient symbols;
- a perl script that calls the compiled .c for each key of the second
file.
This is easier than patching+compiling gnumach.
