Join "web-hurd@gnu.org" - That's where the Hurd webmasters are.
Basically just announcewhat part of the site you want to hack on, and
start doing it.
I try to review the first couple pages that people send to make sure
that they have both HTML and English skills, but after that you'll get
commit rights.
