        (/usr)/share/libtool/ltconfig, if I understand it, should be
      part of libtool.  If it is not there (and it is not in the
      version I have (1.4-1)) then I would conclude that there is
      something wrong with the libtool package.  Maybe it has been
      left out for a reason, but I can't think what.
