Oh there is a big difference. It is the Gnu/Hurd is not
Linux!!!!.lets get on

Do you have a linux system? If your answer is no, the first thing is to install one. Please do it. Only then
you can proceed to install the hurd.
In case the answer is yes, please see the installation
guides and follow them. You will find the answer to the
question asked. Its worth the effort.
