On the source package naming convention

Hi,

I prepared and ITP'd a debian package for Yi.  Originally I thought the naming rule is:

source package for mainly program/utility: as it is (alex, cpphs, hlint, etc)
source package for library: the prefix "haskell-" is added

But later I found some program packages are named with "haskell-" anyway, such as haskell-leksah.

Should I call my package haskell-yi?

Best regards,
MH
