Request to join the Debian Go Team

Hello \o/,

I would like to request to join the "Debian Go Team" and intend to 
update "golang-github-libgit2-git2go-v32"[1] which is a reverse 
dependency of libgit2 and is required to update libgit2 to 1.4

I have already requested on salsa.
