The missing no_NO ISO-8859-1 is a bug. I want to have both no_NO and
nb_NO listed while we complete the move to nb_NO.
% grep n._NO /usr/share/i18n/SUPPORTED
nb_NO.UTF-8 UTF-8
nb_NO ISO-8859-1
no_NO.UTF-8 UTF-8
nn_NO.UTF-8 UTF-8
nn_NO ISO-8859-1

It should list "no_NO ISO-8859-1" as well. It used to be there before
the SUPPORTED list was updated from glibc CVS. It should be
reinserted.
