What do you mean by gutting the headers?

FWICS, this project is for adding binary emulation of other kernels to Linux.
I don't see the relation.

I haven't found another way to allow Glibc headers to include Linux headers
but still prevent userspace apps from including them but the use of macros.

Is there something I'm overlooking?
