Bug#221566: libc6: apt-get post-install script returns error exit status 139

When I ran `apt-get dist-upgrade' (on debian testing), it upgraded to 
libc6_2.3.2.ds1-10 but setting up libc6 got an error.  Now, when I try 
`dpkg --configure libc6', I get
