After rebooting, the situation is the same:

/etc/environment
----------------------------------------------

### BEGIN DEBCONF SECTION FOR localeconf
# Do not edit within this region if you want your changes to be
preserved
# by debconf. Instead, make changes before the "### BEGIN DEBCONF
SECTION
# FOR localeconf" line, and/or after the "### END DEBCONF SECTION FOR
# localeconf" line.
### END DEBCONF SECTION FOR localeconf

LANG=ca_ES@euro

--------------------------------------------

but the locale is 100% es_ES@euro and, for instances, the messages I get
in the shell are in Spanish.

No, as far as I know. But if you give me a hint on where to check I'll
do ti.

The session and the computer, several times. I have this bug (?) since
months.
