IIRC, glibc does not have sys/io.h for powerpc currently.
2.3.1-14 and -15 do not have it.

Check which file can't be built between 0.6.0-4 and your recent version.
I couldn't find compile log named as "qcam-*.c".
Or, try asm/io.h instead of sys/io.h.
