...on any of the debian arches. The linuxthreads/tst-static-locale
test is only available upstream in glibc cvs currently. The
catgets/tst-catgets.out can be seen from 2.2.92 as well
as glibc cvs. I am wondering if I am missing a required locale
again. I do have...

de_DE ISO-8859-1
en_US ISO-8859-1
fr_FR ISO-8859-1

installed though. Roland McGrath can reproduce neither of these
on x86. Thanks in advance for any help in pinning this down.
