With the recent changes to the Debian GIS Policy the 'Packaging with
Git' section is now complete. It now includes documentation for
uploading the package to mentors and ftp-master in the 'Packaging
walkthrough', and the subsections Branches, Patches & Removing packages
are no longer TODO. Only the  'Packaging with Subversion' section needs
to more information about its deprecation and the move to git.

In a slightly off-topic but related note, I've also updated the Debian
GIS Blends website to use the new Debian theme. It includes a couple of
additional graphs for the Maintainer Stats.
