[DebianGIS] postgis

Just installed the brand new postgis packages from Alex.
Everything seems to be going well (more tests later), but for:
- the lack of the template_gis is a jump in the past; I hope somebody will be
able to restore it asap
- during psql -f lwpostgis.sql -d yourdatabase I got a series of warnings (do
not know yet if they are serious):
