Bug#94955: if you want things installed on resume...

It might have been an idea to ask someone who looks after resume about this,
rather than mentioning it in a gcc bug report and nothing further.  In any
case, I'm willing to bet this is caused by the horribly incomplete exception
handling in 2.95.x on mips, and that should most certainly be fixed in 3.0
and 3.1.  3.0 is installed on resume now (and has been for some months), and
3.1 is building there now.  If you have time to check this, please do so,
otherwise I feel that this can probably be marked fixed and merged with the
other exception handling problems on mips.
