[Pkg-fonts-devel] Fontforge watch file

Hi,
with some help from Eugeniy, I've fixed the broken debian/watch for ttf-dejavu;
while there, I've also fixed it for the Fontforge packages. Changes have been committed
to svn.

Apparently, the cause is the broken Sourceforge redirector.
