Well, we discussed the developer/visitor-ratio problem some while ago
and I proposed that we shall create a shift-plan to get rid of this
problem (like sending DDs away who haven't got a shift right
now). Nobody really objected and that's why I worked on a plan.

Practically, I'll check if enough staff is available before a shift
starts and convice anyone in a Debian-T-Shirt to do a spontaneous
shift if there aren't enough. But basically, IMHO only 2-3 DDs should
be in the booth at one time.
