information on emdebian

Hi,

 

I am planning to build a embedded system with the Latest Linux Kernel ( > 2.6.26).

 

My rootfs should be capable of using the following functionalities

 

1. CAN support
2. USB support
3. X server
4. Serial Communication
5. UI screens developed in QT.

 

What are advantages of using emdebian to achieve the above functionalities in terms of development time ?
