Bug#605245: debian-edu-config: Russian translation misplaced in debian/po

Not Holger, but awake. :)
The fix is in svn, and the fixed package (with other fixes as well) is
being tested in the Debian Edu test repository. Lost of bugs and
fixes were added during our developer gathering this weekend.
I do not have any time schedule for an upload to Debian, but expect it
to happen soon, when the other fixes stabilize.
