[Bug 1441] DNS on laptops not working on thinclient-network (192.168.x.x)

The fix I commited to svn did not work. When there is no network
interface with the addresses listed in the local-address= line,
pdns hang during startup.  My earlier testing was done with the thin client
network interface in the down state, but apparently this was not enough to
detect the problem.  When there is only one network interface and it
is configured to use 10.0.2.2, the hang problem trigger.

A different approach is needed, probably using cfengine.
