[Bug 1328] Default browser (Iceweasel) refuses to connect to https://www/ by default

Ooops, I overlooked that fact.
That explains a few things that puzzled me :)
In that case there's still some work to do, we need to generate the override
file after the certificate, but the infrastructure is in place.

The files installed in /etc/iceweasel/ not in /usr/share/iceweasel/defaults/ to
avoid it being overwritten by Iceweasel upgrades.
As to the other way around I'm not sure.
